Inspired by seeing the new Forge visual filter objects in the Legendary Map Pack, Master Chief is inspired to create his own map.
Arbiter is playing Halo 3 forge mode, on the map Blackout, one of the three maps included in the Legendary map pack. Master Chief arrives and asks why Arbiter is playing the Legendary map pack, still convinced that Arbiter hates Halo, Bungie and the Heroic map pack. Arbiter replies that he was merely disappointed with Heroic and that this map pack is better, especially with the new forge items. Chief is interested, especially on the new filters. Arbiter warns him that the filters are mostly for Machinima and putting them all on would be stupid.
Chief decides to make a map using forge mode, using the Legendary map Avalanche. He simply turns all of the filter effects on and places all of the spawn points, weapons, vehicles and equipment into their own individual piles and spends the rest of the forge budget on as many miscellaneous objects as possible. He invites all of his friends to see his map, and one of them joins. He praises the map as the best map ever created, due to the fact that he can't see anything because of all the filters. After hearing the reaction of Chief's friend, Arbiter decides that he wants to see Chief's map for himself. Arbiter acknowledges the map's flaws, but Chief denies Arbiter's criticism, "explaining" to him that his map is perfect because it uses 100% of the forge budget. Arbiter decides to ask Cortana what she thinks of the map, and she is also unimpressed by it. This angers Chief who insults her in a sexist manner. She grabs the frying pan, and knocks Chief of the couch with it, impressing Arbiter.
